Payment Plan Options

Deposit is $450 for Interior, $550 for Ocean View , $650 for all suites. These are per person deposits. All moneys paid are non-refundable.

Auto Pay
Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the first (1st) of each payment date (depending upon your choice, at time of booking, of Quarterly or Monthly payment plan). Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information for Auto Pay. If you will be sending a check, they must arrive in house on or before your payment is due.

Late Payments
There is a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late.
