DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS,
OTHER CHARGES & INSURANCE:


Deposits:
Standard Stateroom $450/person
Staterooms with Verandahs $550/person
Suites $650/person

Other Charges:
The above rates are “cruise only” (double occupancy) and do not include airfare, governmental fees & taxes, gratuities and processing fees. The charge for all other fees described above is $285/person and will be billed with the Balance Due. If requested, the staff of Jazz Cruises, LLC can assist with airfare, which is not included in the cost of the cabins. Trip Insurance is also available through Jazz Cruises, LLC. Please inquire at the time of booking, for if certain preconditions exist, the purchase of Trip Insurance may be required within 14 days of actual booking.

PAYMENT SCHEDULES and TERMS

Full payment is due 45 days from date of purchase, but no later than October 1, 2008.

Refund Policy

Any cancellations after July 15: 100% of all payments made are forfeited.

Payment Schedule:  Reasonable payment schedules may be arranged with the Reservationist, as long as full payment is received by October 1, 2008.

Refund Policy

Any cancellations on or after July 15, 2008 are NON-Refundable.

Guests are urged to purchase travel insurance as all payments after July 15, 2008 are non-refundable.

Cancellations, to be effective, must be in writing and shall be effective as of the date received. A non-refundable $150 cancellation processing fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Travel/Trip Insurance, which may cover these cancellation charges, is available, but must be purchased within two weeks of the Deposit for pre-existing conditions or anytime before final payments for other causes.
