Payment Plan Options

Deposit is $450 for Interior, $550 for Ocean View , $650 for all suites. These are per person deposits. All moneys paid are non-refundable.

Quarterly Payments
October 2011, and January & April 2012
This requires your deposit and then payments on the first (1st) of each of these months. The remainder of your balance is divided by 3 and that becomes the amount of your payment. If you sign up after October has passed, then the remainder of your balance will be divided by 2. After January, your payments will be the final payment.

Monthly Payments
This requires a full deposit based on your selected cabin class due at time of booking (see above). Payments will be divided equally by 12 months and begin on May 1, 2011 until Final Payment on April 1, 2012. If you sign up after May 1, 2011, the payments will be divided by the remaining months with final payment on April 1, 2012.

Auto Pay
Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the first (1st) of each payment date (depending upon your choice, at time of booking, of Quarterly or Monthly payment plan). If you will be sending a check, they must arrive in house on or before your payment is due.

Late Payments
There is a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late.

Initial Deposit is $100 at time of booking.

This requires an initial deposit of $100 per person at time of booking. The remainder of the deposit, based on cabin class, will be due on or before April 1, 2011. Remaining balance will be divided equally by 12 months and begin on May 1, 2011 until Final Payment on April 1, 2012. If you sign up after April 1, 2011, deposit must be paid in full at time of booking and the payments will be divided by the remaining months with final payment on April 1, 2012.

Auto Pay
